This is our seasoned breading that is perfect on fish, poultry or vegetables. Our secret blend of spices is ideal for frying, baking or broiling. A simple mix of corn meal, flour and spices, this breading helped put our Kansas City fish market on the map.

Each 10-ounce bag coats approximately 3-4 pounds of fish, poultry or vegetables.

Great for a fish fry and as a seafood coating.  We have:

• 10 ounce single serving bags
• 5 pound resealable bags
• 50 pound bags (in-store only) for your large fish fry
